Character creation in Destininja is fast but consequential. You type a name, confirm, and the game stamps a year-zero card for your shinobi. From that moment on, every Destininja year is structured the same way: a chain of training moments, missions, exams, and combat encounters, each offering a small set of choices. Pick the cautious path and your Destininja character becomes a strategist. Pick the bold path and they become a frontline fighter. Destininja does not show its underlying numbers directly. Instead it lets the moment cards describe your shinobi's growth in narrative language, while a hidden stat block tracks Technique, Strength, Speed, Chakra, and Intelligence. At the end of each Destininja year, the game tallies your choices into a letter grade, and that grade becomes part of your character's permanent story. An S-grade year in Destininja is rare and memorable; a D-grade year is a story you tell later, in the Historique panel, with a smile.

The Boutique in Destininja is unlocked once you have ryos to spend. Gear purchased there is not cosmetic fluff — it changes which dialogue options appear in future Destininja moments and which titles you can be granted by the village. Some of the most powerful Destininja titles are gated behind Boutique items you could only afford by playing several years of careful missions.
